  • RAM: 64Mb
  • NAND: 512Mb
  • WiFi: Ralink
  • USB2.0 OTG
  • USB1.1 Host (Ralink WiFi USB Adapter is connected internally to the OHCI)
  • LCD: 7" 800x480 Samsung LTE480WV

NAND Memory map :

 0x00000000-0x00040000 : "Bootloader"

                                     loaded when "Q" pressed during powerup)
